GSnama Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GSnama educational quiz platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 13, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Content
You may submit content (text, images, videos, etc.) to the Platform (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but you grant GSnama a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant such license.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit any material that is hateful, obscene, threatening, or harassing.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or the servers or networks that support the Platform.
- Use the Platform to impersonate any person or entity.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and all content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of GSnama or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GSnama disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
GSnama will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GSnama regarding your use of the Platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform.
